Christ HATED the deeds of the Nicolaitans because they SOUGHT THE FAVOR OF THE WORLD. THE MODERNISTS AND SYNODALISTS HAVE BECOME THE NEW NICOLAITANS.

Why did Christ hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans?

1. They advocated for a watered-down form of Christianity where sin is ignored and repentance is disregarded. (Change Church teachings to accommodate the world.)
2. This was a doctrine of tolerance, inclusion, compromise, and worldliness (lived experiences). (Sounds like Synodality.)
3. The Nicolaitans were luke-warm in faith and paganistic. (Having nothing substantial to believe in. Believing in idols.)
4. The Nicolaitans made a mockery of their faith. (Ignoring, normalizing, and blessing sin.)
5. Holy living and separation from the world was not encouraged. (Removing the distinction between clergy and laity.)
6. These “Christians” sought a truth in the world. (Adapting the Church to the world’s values. Sounds like lived experiences.) 
7. Absolute truth, doctrinal truth, and biblical truth were minimized. (Adjust the truth to the culture.)
8. No exclusionary belief that Christ alone is the way to heaven. (Dismissing the idea that Christ is only way to achieve salvation.)
9. They do not believe that Christ alone is the way to heaven. (Engaging in questionable ecumenism.)

Background information:

Greek Hellenism: This term means to bring to another place, to find, to change over, change of place, transformation, alteration, and change of mind.

Old Testament: This term means to remove a boundary, to ward off, to transport, to be translated, to convince, to take away, and to fall away.

New Testament: This term means to bring back, to move away, to forsake, to change, to take up, and to pervert.

Gal.1:6: “I am amazed that you are so quickly forsaking the one who called you by the grace of Christ for a different gospel.” (Paul expresses amazement at the way the Galatians are deserting the gospel of Christ for a perverted new message. Paul calls those accursed who are disturbing you and perverting the gospel.) 

Heb.7:12: “When there is a change of priesthood, there is necessarily a change of law as well.” (The levitical priesthood, serving the Mosaic law, was not typified by the priesthood of Melchizedek. Jesus was not associated with the Old Testament priesthood, for He was a descendant of the tribe of Judah.)

Jud. 1:4: “For there have been some intruders, who long ago were designated for this condemnation, godless persons who pervert the grace of our God into licentiousness and who deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.”

Intruders:

1. They were ungodly teachers (Nicolaitans), predecessors of the Gnostics, Antinomians, and Carpocratians.
2. They were wicked people who crept into the Church by stealth, pretending to be religious teachers.
3. They professed the Catholic faith, but denied fundamental doctrines.
4. They professed to be holy, but lived scandalous lives.

Perverting God’s grace:

1. They abused or diluted God’s grace, perverting it into living in licentiousness.
2. They believed that they were free from the moral laws because of God’s grace.
3. They were not bound by rules of conduct or ethical norms.

Update: Unfortunately, there are too many clergy (priests, bishops, and cardinals) who often pay lip-service or disregard the Church’s fundamental teachings against homosexuality. Some of these clergy even engage in this lifestyle.

Some clergy, like Fr. James Martin, claim that St. Paul was wrong about homosexuality being sinful. Shocker! Let that sink in! 

In his encyclical Pascendi Dominici Gregis, Pope Pius X stated that the Modernists have secretly infiltrated the leadership of the Church. Unfortunately, it seems that Pope Leo XIV is following in the footsteps of Pope Francis.

Inclusion, tolerance, false compassion are examples where the Church seems to have “pushed the doctrinal envelope” in paying lip service to or disregarding Church teachings.

The Modernists and Synodalists continually claim that Synodality is a “new way of becoming Church”. These are essentially new human traditions.

Vatican II naively thought it would be a good idea to “bring fresh air” into the Church so that the Church can “get with the times”. This has become a pastoral and spiritual disaster in diminishing the Church in the world. A recent report finding gave a serious indictment on the consequences of Vatican II. SYNODALITY SEEKS TO DOUBLE DOWN ON WHAT VATICAN II CAUSED! Let that sink in!

Pope Francis’ “mercy above all else” (perverting God’s mercy) has watered down Church teachings. Ex. Amoris Laetitia

Bishop Weisenberger of Detroit replaced 3 theology professors from Sacred Heart Major Seminary. Criticizing Pope Francis is now a fireable offence.

“Holy Spirit of Surprises”: This perverting of the Holy Spirit has been used by the Synod leaders to rationalize and justify anything they want to promote in Synodality. The Holy Spirit can only stand for the Truth!

Synodality is seeking to undermine the relationship between the clergy and laity. The synodal leaders are seeking to remove the distinction between ordained people and non-ordained people as they seek to share decision making authority. Huge red flag.

During Pope Francis’ papacy, Marianna Mazzucato, a pro-abortion activist, has been a member of the Pontifical Academy for Life. This is a perversion of Catholic teachings.

Pope Leo XIV has recently changed Cardinal Newman’s status as a Doctor of the Church. This cardinal is known for his work of the development of doctrine ==> further expanding the understanding of doctrine.

Let’s fervently hope that Pope Leo will NOT use Cardinal Newman to justify or support Synodality. If that is the case, this will be a Protestant-izing (adding, subtracting, changing, or corrupting) of Cardinal Newman’s understanding of doctrine. Synodality is a human tradition (innovation).

The Jubilee of Young people is relying on influencers, “digital missionaries”, and podcasters. Who knows if you will actually receive valid Catholic teaching? Poor catechesis is just another consequence and casualty from Vatican II. How about “old school” catechists like Catholic influencers Mother Angelica and Archbishop Sheen?
